💳 REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
- Refunds or store credit are only issued once the item has been returned and received by us.
- Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund/replacement
- You must reach out within 10 days of delivery to get a refund/replacement
- We do not issue refunds or credit for items that are not returned.
- Returned items must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Buyer must pay return shipping
- Replacements are not eligible for every item, you must email us to see if your item is eligible
- If item is clearly damaged by buyer it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Giveaway items, sale items & raffle tickets are NOT eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Anything bought with a discount code is not eligible for refunds or returns.
