Refund policy

💳 REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Refunds or store credit are only issued once the item has been returned and received by us.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund/replacement
  • You must reach out within 10 days of delivery to get a refund/replacement
  • We do not issue refunds or credit for items that are not returned.
  • Returned items must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Buyer must pay return shipping
  • Replacements are not eligible for every item, you must email us to see if your item is eligible
  • If item is clearly damaged by buyer it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Giveaway items, sale items & raffle tickets are NOT eligible for refunds or replacements. 
  • Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Anything bought with a discount code is not eligible for refunds or returns.
